Refund policy

Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item arrived damaged

To request a return, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at Perfectlyflvwed@gmail.com. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

We do not accept returns for size issues, delays, or change-of-mind.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Pre-order items

  • Limited drop collections

  • Final sale items

  • Accessories, hats, and undergarments


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
