By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the following:

• Production time is 20–25 business days for first releases, and 15–20 business days for future restocks.

• Delivery time begins after payment has been processed and cleared, which may take up to 5–10 business days depending on the payment method.

• Once production is complete, shipping via UPS Air may take an additional 4–7 business days.

• Total estimated delivery window is 6–8 weeks from the date your payment is processed and cleared.

• Orders cannot be canceled, edited, or refunded once placed.

• Filing a chargeback due to wait time is a violation of these Terms.

• You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

Note: If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, contact us at Perfectlyflvwed@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review and respond accordingly.
